Shopping with us for the first time? This page walks you through the full journey from sign-up to delivery. For more detail on any step, see the related guides linked at the bottom.

Step 1: Register or log in

We recommend registering or logging in so you can:

Guest checkout may be available in some cases, but you cannot use claimed vouchers and order lookup is harder later.

Step 2: Browse and choose products

  1. Use the category menu or search to find lingerie, sleepwear, and more.
  2. Open a product page to view photos, fabric details, and price.
  3. If the item has size, colour, or other options, select them all before tapping Add to cart.
  4. Keep shopping or go to your cart to review selected items.

Step 3: Claim offers (if available)

On the homepage, the Limited Time Cash Coupon section often has vouchers to claim. Sign in and tap Claim now, then apply them at checkout (see How to use promo codes).

Step 4: Review your cart and checkout

  1. In your cart, check items, quantities, and totals—you can update or remove lines.
  2. Tap Checkout.
  3. Enter or select recipient, phone, and address; choose shipping for your region (SF Express home delivery, store pickup, locker, etc.—see Shipping & Payment).
  4. For pick-up / in-store collection, follow the page to select a pickup location.
  5. Apply a cash voucher if you have one (select from the list or enter and validate the code).
  6. Choose a payment method, confirm the total, and tap Place order.

Step 5: Pay for your order

After the order is created, complete payment within the time shown on screen (available methods depend on your region—e.g. card, PayPal, Alipay). Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically—check status in My Orders.

Step 6: Wait for dispatch and delivery

  • Once paid, status changes to awaiting shipment while we prepare your order.
  • After dispatch, find the tracking number in My Orders and follow delivery (see Order Tracking).
  • Inspect your parcel on delivery; confirm receipt when everything is correct.

Step 7: Returns and after-sales

To return or exchange, apply within 3 days of confirming receipt in your member account (underwear and intimate items are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons—see Returns & Exchanges).

First-time shopping tips

  • Prices, shipping, discounts, and free gifts are always as shown on the cart and checkout pages.
  • During sales or if an item is out of stock, dispatch may take longer—please wait or contact us.
  • Use the same email or mobile number you use day to day so we can match orders and send updates.
