1. Browsing and adding to cart
Open a product from category, promotion, or search pages. If the product has attributes (size, color, etc.), select every required option on the card or the product page first. The site will prompt you to finish all attributes before an add-to-cart request is allowed.
Add-to-cart is handled by posting to cart. You can keep shopping or go to the cart.
Some goods support a quick-buy link to cart, which starts checkout with that item.
2. Cart (quantity, remove, clear)
Open the cart at shopping cart (default step is cart when no step is set).
After you change quantities, the page submits the cart form with
step=update_cart.Remove one line with goods from cart.
Clear everything with
all goods in the cart.
Checkout is blocked when the cart has no purchasable lines.
3. Checkout
From the cart, tap checkout to open flow.php?step=checkout. If you are not logged in, the shop continues as a guest flow and sends you to consignee / address steps. Logged-in members see saved addresses and the order confirmation view.
If gifts require re-selection after login, follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Consignee and shipping
Fill in or choose the consignee, region, and shipping method. For in-store pickup where the shipping code is cac, you must choose a pickup store when placing the order; otherwise you will see a message to select a store and the order will not be created.
For carrier pickup options (e.g. SF, JD, eBuy-related flows), complete the store or point selection on the checkout page before submitting.
5. Payment and placing the order
Choosing a payment method is required. If none is selected, the site shows a message to choose a payment method.
Submitting the confirmation form runs step=done to create the real order. Incomplete consignee data redirects to consignee. If guest checkout is not allowed for your session, you may be sent to login.
6. After the order
When the order is created, you will see the completion step and can follow prompts for payment, order history, or support.
7. Notes
Prices, shipping, discounts, and gifts are based on live totals on the cart and checkout pages.
Stock and on-sale status can change; any error at checkout follows the message shown.
If the session times out, refresh the cart or sign in again.
