1. Are the products exactly the same as shown in the pictures?
Our product photos are taken from actual items, and we do our best to colour-calibrate images on the homepage and product pages. However, lighting and different screens may cause slight variations. If you cannot accept any colour difference, please consider this carefully before ordering. Colour difference cannot be used as a reason for negative feedback, complaints, returns, or exchanges.
2. The item was available earlier—why is it out of stock when I pay? Does adding to cart reserve the item?
Some items have limited stock and may sell out before you complete checkout. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is confirmed only after payment is completed successfully.
3. What if the quantity is wrong or the product is damaged?
We recommend checking your parcel on delivery. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through Complaints and Feedback, and keep the product and packaging for follow-up.
4. My order has already shipped—can I change the delivery address?
We are sorry, but once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please double-check your name, phone number, and address before placing your order, and contact us as early as possible if you need help before dispatch.
5. How do I choose the correct size?
Measure your bust, underbust, and related body measurements, then use the size chart on the product page or in our First-Time Shopping Guide. If you are still unsure, our online team can help if you share your usual size and measurements.
6. Can I return or exchange if I am not satisfied?
Please read our full policy on Returns & Exchanges. In summary:
- Our error (wrong item sent, quality defect): we will arrange a return or exchange according to policy and cover applicable shipping where required.
- Size or change of mind: returns or exchanges may be accepted if tags are intact, the item is unworn and unwashed, and it remains resellable; return shipping is usually paid by the customer.
Important: For hygiene reasons, underwear and panties generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
